I find inspiration everywhere and have a great memory when it comes to images. I may forget names, but never the colors/context of something. In searching for old videos that have made an impression, I have found a lot of new ones that are just as great if not better than what I was looking for.
If someone were to ask me "if you were a video, what kind would you be?" I'd have to say "Stop Animation". I think the way the pieces fall into place to tell a story is the same way that I work with my screenprinting. I have 100's of different screens in my studio, and by themselves they may be simple, but when combined with others, the images get stronger, sharper, more enjoyable. Art is a series of steps, with a particular goal in mind, yet often the end result is much different than ever imagined. Here is a video of something I found this morning that I think is awesome.
